Mr. Pasricha has been the senior associate of Lex Commerci and handling matters before various courts in the State of Punjab. He has been single-handedly responsible for looking after the Civil and Criminal matters along with the arbitration proceedings of the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) before the District Court, Rupnagar.

Mr. Sumit Pasricha began his career in the year 2002, and since then he has acquired immense experience in the complexities of procedural law. He has a record of handling matters successfully and effectively at the District and Sessions Court in Rupnagar, Mohali, Chandigarh, and Nawanshahr, etc. He is also one of the key personnel managing the litigation at Lex Commerci. His organizational skills are commendable which gets reflected in his approach to any legal problem.

Mr. Pasricha’s expertise in the field of Banking Laws, Consumer Protection, Matrimonial and Family Laws, Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms, etc. has earned him associations with not only government organizations such as the Punjab State Legal Services Authority, the Legal Aid Clinic in Sub-Jail Rupnagar, but many prominent private organizations like the ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra and Bajaj Alliance. Moreover, he has also been engaged with successfully handling the legal disputes with the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA), Punjab Urban Development Authority (PUDA), H.D.B. Financial Services Ltd. and AU Small Finance Bank Ltd.
